Who is Arani?
Arani is a manufacturing company with headquarters in Montreal, Canada since 2009. We have been in the LED business since LEDs first became commercially viable, with a focus on providing energy-efficient LED lighting products for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Canada. All of our products are designed by Canadian engineers and cut and assembled here in Canada. Our extrusion and lenses are made in our Montreal production department.
We believe You Deserve Great Service, which is our driving force to offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 3 pm EST. Our mission is to find savings anywhere we can and pass them on to our customers to reduce their costs, which, in turn, reduces the cost of homeownership and small business ownership.
What special services do you offer?
Arani offers extensive technical and marketing support to our partners. We offer free point-by-point lighting simulation reports and visit job sites with our partners to provide lighting expertise. Arani offers custom cutting services for LED strips and extrusions, so an electrician simply has to plug and play when they arrive at the job site. What is the Arani Lab?
The Arani Lab is a state-of-the-art lighting lab that houses a 2-meter-tall Metrue Integrating Sphere, one of the largest in Canada. The sphere allows testing of lighting specifications in great depth and allows our team of technicians and engineers to test and design products here in Canada. To visit our lab, please contact us.

Is the Arani product I want in stock?
The product’s current availability is always shown within the ordering grid on each product page. This information is updated on a live basis. Any items in stock ship within the same business day if ordered before 3pm EST. For quantities higher than the displayed availability, please contact us.
Where will I find the tracking information for my order?
Tracking information is always shown on your commercial invoice, which you will receive by email once your order is shipped. For orders placed online, you will also receive a shipment notification by email that contains your tracking information. This information can also be found in the “Orders” section of the website under “Account” when you are logged in.
Can I order Arani products through the website?
To order online, you must have an account with us. If you’re an electrical contractor and have an account with us please sign in to place an order or contact your sales rep. If you’re an electrical contractor but don’t have an account with us yet simply request one on the home page. To order online, you must have an account with us, please contact us to request one.
Where can I find technical documentation and information such as spec-sheets, ies files, and dimmers lists?
All technical information and documentation of a product are available on each product page, under the ordering grid. If there is any information you require that is unavailable on the product page, please contact us and we would be happy to supply you with what you need.
Where can I find Arani products?
Arani is a manufacturer that distributes its products through partners across Canada. You can order online if you have an account with us. If you’re an electrical contractor and have an account with us please sign in to place an order or contact your sales rep. If you’re an electrical contractor but don’t have an account with us yet simply request one on the home page. If you’re not an electrical contractor please send us a message. To request a quote directly from us, simply add the desired products to your quote and supply your contact information when prompted; you will receive a response within the business day.
May I receive a copy of your product catalog?
Yes! A digital catalog is available for download by clicking “Download Catalog” on the top left navigation bar. If you would like a hard copy of our catalog, please contact us to request a copy.
What payment methods do you accept?
If you are an Arani partner with an account to order directly through the website, any purchases will be automatically billed to your account or you can pay by credit card at check out. We accept most major credit cards. You will receive an invoice by email for any outstanding amount.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Arani ships all orders of products that are in stock within the same business day if the order is placed before 3pm. Live inventory is always visible next to the product on each product page. For orders larger than the current inventory levels, please contact us.
Where will I find the tracking information for my order?
Tracking information is always shown on your commercial invoice, which you will receive by email once your order is shipped. For orders placed online, you will also receive a shipment notification by email that contains your tracking information. This information can also be found in the “My Orders” section of the website under “My Account” when you are signed in.
What shipping methods are available to me?
Arani ships orders via a variety of couriers, depending on their rates, service levels, and shipping speed. For orders that qualify for free shipping, Arani reserves the right to select the best courier to fulfill your order. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, you may specify the courier you wish you use, alongside your own account number with the courier, during the checkout process. We will ship using your specified courier and will not charge for shipping. If you do not have a preferred courier, Arani will choose the cheapest shipping method for your order and charge the actual cost of shipping on your invoice.
How do I return a product?
Product returns are accepted within 45 days from date of purchase without a restocking fee. Products returned after the 45-day period are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products must be returned in original packaging in re-sellable condition. Arani reserves the right to reject any returns that are not compliant with this return policy. No returns will be accepted for products older than 6 months past the order date. To start your return, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us.
What are your warranty terms?
All of our products are covered under Arani’s hassle-free warranty, and most of our products are covered by a 5-year warranty. To find the warranty duration for a specific product, please refer to its specification sheet or our catalog. Limited Warranty: Arani warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will operate for the product’s duration of limited warranty when used in accordance with package and product directions. If our product does not conform to the warranty, Arani will provide a replacement or refund upon receipt of the returned products and receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us to finalize details regarding returns. Arani is committed to making high-quality products. This limited warranty does not cover products subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or acts of God.
