La Malbaie, Quebec, Canada, June 10 2018

Ahead of the 44th G7 Summit hosted by Canada’s Trudeau at La Malbaie, Quebec, preparations had to be made for the comfort and safety of world leaders and their staff. The beautiful bay of Cap-à-l'Aigle was the perfect choice for the activities planned, but it lacked a critical component: appropriate lighting. Arani’s and Electricié Cap à l’Aigle’s expertise were enlisted to ensure reliable, high quality LED lighting illuminated the coastline, and we were honored to oblige!

High Lumen LED Flood Lights (link to product) were installed at regular intervals along the coast, and our new tunable white LED panels (link to product) were installed at the indoor facilities, at the recommendation of Arani’s lighting design team. A full lighting simulation was conducted to ensure the lighting would be fit for the huge responsibility ahead. The placement of the luminaires was such that the effect of the lighting would be desirable, but the fixtures themselves would not be obtrusive. To read more about lighting simulations, click here.

But don’t just take our word for it – see for yourselves! How do you think we did with the project?
