Warranty – Terms and Conditions

Version 2.0 – Effective 01 June 2015

Where a limited warranty period is noted in our products documentation, the “Product”, is subject to the following limited warranty.

The Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate for the noted duration based on a daily average use of up to five (5) hours.

Our limited warranty exists only where the Product is installed in accordance with our installation guidelines, which are will be provided upon demand at the time of purchase.

Our limited warranty commences as of the date the Product is initially purchased regardless of (i) the date of installation, or (ii) the replacement of any Product under warranty. The period of the limited warranty does not renew and it expires from the date of initial purchase.

Our limited warranty is transferable to a third party.

In the event that a Product fails to meet the limited warranty contained herein, please contact us through our website or by dialing toll-free at (888) 992-7264. Pending subjective review, we will either provide a replacement or a credit upon receipt of the defective Product(s) and proof of purchase. The decision between refunding or replacing a product is at Arani’s discretion. We are committed to making high quality products and returning defective items will help us monitor and further improve product quality.

Our limited warranty does not cover damage due to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, fortuitous events or acts of God.

If you are a consumer as defined in the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR c P-40.1, our limited  warranty is subject to said Act.

Terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice.
